With over 30 years of experience in the field of Preventive and Corrective Maintenance, we are able to provide  an efficient and effective technical support service for all makes and models of chamber.
We can also provide Predictive Maintenance and traceable Calibration Services using Accredia certified instruments, followed by the issue of a calibration report in accordance with UNI EN ISO 9001:2015.
This service can also be provided by a ISO EN 17025 accredited centre of primary importance with whom we have been in partnership for over 5 years.
Thanks to our spare parts stock of over 2,000 managed products and our 9 vans, which are always equipped with a fixed stock of strategic components, we are able to significantly reduce troubleshooting times and machine downtime.
A 12 MONTH WARRANTY is given on spare parts (unique in Italy).
The scheduled or on-demand Maintenance Service, according to the the customer’s needs, is available in four different solutions or it can be designed to meet specific requirements.
 
 
OUR BASIC SERVICE PACKAGES
BASIC
It includes:
- one or two preventive maintenance visits (at your choice);
- full inspection of equipment safety devices;
- inspection of the state of wear of the electrical and mechanical components, also by means of thermography;
- check for leakage of CFC, HCFC and HFC gas (for refrigeration systems) and fill in the equipment booklet/equipment register according to DPR 147/06 or DPR 43/12;
- verification of equipment performance using certified instruments;
- issue of temperature and humidity calibration report performed with Accredia-certified primary instruments;
- discounts on any extraordinary repair work.

SUPPORT
It includes:
- one or two preventive maintenance visits (at your choice)
- full inspection of equipment safety devices;
- inspection of the state of wear of the electrical and mechanical components, also by means of thermography;
- check for leakage of CFC, HCFC and HFC gas (for refrigeration systems) and fill in the equipment booklet/equipment register according to DPR 147/06 or DPR 43/12;
- verification of equipment performance using certified instruments;
- issue of the temperature and humidity calibration report performed with Accredia-certified primary instruments;
- two or four extraordinary interventions included in the package (the number of hours and the fixed intervention costs are included with no limit for each intervention);
- discounts on any extraordinary repair work, in addition to those foreseen in the contract.

NO PROBLEM
It includes:
- one or two preventive maintenance visits (at your choice)
- full inspection of equipment safety devices;
- inspection of the state of wear of the electrical and mechanical components, also by means of thermography;
- check for leakage of CFC, HCFC and HFC gas (for refrigeration systems) and fill in the equipment booklet/equipment register according to DPR 147/06 or DPR 43/12;

- extraordinary interventions included in the provision, without limitation in number, even within 24 hours of the call..

ASSISTANCE CARNET
Available in different options: 4, 6 and 8 calls for 12 or 24 months.
It guarantees a reliable intervention time within 48 hours of the call.
It includes all labour costs and a fixed call charge for the requested intervention, with no limit on the number of hours or journeys required to resolve the problem.

CUSTOMISED SERVICE SOLUTIONS

In addition to the standard packages mentioned above, after an accurate analysis of the customer’s needs and the installed machinery, we can develop customised contract packages to meet your exact requirements, such as:
contract formulas with 24-hour or, in certain specific cases, 5-working hour response times, and full service contracts with fees that include the cost of the materials used.

We operate mainly in Piemonte (Piedmont), Liguria, Emilia Romagna and Lombardia (Lombardy), but we are present all over Italy, both with direct staff and with technical support centres (properly trained and working according to our procedures, and under our direct responsibility).
We are also frequently asked to solve specific problems also in China, Singapore, France, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Poland, Turkey, India, Brazil and Taiwan.
