Thermal shocks

Thermal shock chambers are used to evaluate the response of materials to thermal stress, i.e., the sudden and rapid change in temperature either from hot to cold or vice versa, which can damage or even break the material itself.

Manufacturing industries that require thermal shock chamber testing of their products include:

•           electronics
•           automotive
•           aerospace and railway
•           military
•           chemical
•           pharmaceutical
•           construction

and many others.

We are at your disposal to show you all the models available or to propose a solution tailored to your needs.
Thanks to over 30 years of experience and a factory equipped with the best facilities, we are able to design environmental simulation machines, even large ones, to meet for specific requirements.

Once the thermal shock chamber has been installed, we follow up with the customer for regular maintenance of the equipment, including calibration, which is essential to comply with the ISO regulations.
We offer a choice of four maintenance packages. Alternatively bespoke technical support solutions can be agreed with the customer.
For occasional thermal shock testing requirements, we also offer equipment hire with advantageous contracts.
